LambEx is Australia’s flagship sheep, lamb and wool conference. Delivered every two years, LambEx brings together producers, processors, supply chain partners, researchers, innovators and global industry leaders for an unmissable 3.5 day event exploring the future of sheep production, markets, sustainability, technology, wellbeing and workforce.

Renowned for its world-class keynote speakers on the main plenary stage, in-depth industry and leadership breakfast sessions, and cutting-edge innovation showcases, LambEx delivers practical on-farm solutions alongside industry-leading research, insight and education. More than just a conference, LambEx is a celebration of Australia’s world-class sheep industry - where ideas are shared, connections are forged and the future of lamb production is shaped.

LambEx will be hosted at the Adelaide Convention Centre from 7–10 July 2026 and is anticipated to attract more than 2,000 delegates and over 100 trade exhibitors from across Australia and around the world. For the first time, the program will feature a full day of on-farm regional tours across South Australia, alongside a flagship suite of industry experiences including the AMPC LambEx Carcase Showcase, the Coles Trailblazers emerging leaders program, Twilight Trade & Tastes in the exhibition hall, and the iconic Elders LambEx Grandslamb Gala Dinner - one of the most anticipated social events on the Australian sheep industry calendar.
