
Board Members
The Livestock SA Board has a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 9 Non-Executive Directors including a Chair.
Directors are elected by the members for 3-year terms at the annual general meeting. The Chair is elected by the board.
The board may appoint skill based Non-Executive Directors to fill any vacant position on the board.
Directors and the Chair may serve a maximum of 3 consecutive terms.
