As I prepare to step down as President, I reflect with pride on Livestock SA’s journey since I joined the board in 2014 and became President in 2017. It’s been an honour to serve South Australia’s livestock producers. Our organisation has grown into a strong, standalone body, tackling major challenges from drought relief and bushfire recovery to supporting the dog fence rebuild and advocating for tag rebates and infrastructure support to ease the transition to mandatory eID for sheep and goats.
